I did not realize other species ask this as well. It took on a different meaning when I was on a trek deep in the jungles recently. I chose to be a vegetarian on that trip just in case.

I am here as a cultural anthropologist assigned by the Grand Archon Alusidius IV in order to study your culture to evaluate the prospects of your assimilation into the Inter-Galactic Hegemony. Do not worry! The Hegemony is benevolent and this will eventually be beneficial to all concerned. :)) In the meantime, feel free to go about your normal activities and do not let my presence here color my observations in any way.
